ECDIS TST

ECDIS Onboard Type Specific Training conforming to IMO Model Course 1.27 for JRC ECDIS. Our TST trainer will help officers to familiarise with the ECDIS menu layout and functions. The syllabus focuses on practical handling of the ECDIS to strengthen officer’s ability to operate the ECDIS. Practical test will be conducted to ensure officers have sufficient understanding to safely operate the ECDIS.

INSTALLATION/PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Carry out installation and commissioning of new equipment for new-buildings and running vessels. Equipment will be installed by highly experienced service engineers who are trained and certified by makers. Propose retrofitting solutions and drawings for running vessel that are customised to vessel’s requirement and to work with existing equipment. Manage new-buildings and retrofit projects through planning/scheduling, documentation, execution, control and performance monitoring.

VDR APT

Certified by JRC to carry out VDR and S-VDR annual performance test for all JRC models. We carry JRC original parts required for periodic replacement and repair. Annual performance test data will be sent to JRC for inspection and issuance of the Certificate of Compliance.

GMDSS SAFETY RADIO SURVEY

We run a series of stringent testing services to ensure the safety and readiness of vessels for navigation in appropriate sea areas. It is mandatory that the emergency and safety equipment aboard are ensured to be in working condition in order for end user to trust the equipment if an accident should happen.

+ Standard GMDSS radio survey (including AIS/SSAS/EPIRB testing)

+ Reprogram all equipment due to flag or name change. (including SSAS)
